The hotel is deluxe and the rooms are nice. The staff is amicable, amazing. It has magnificent location in Fez as it's near to the Medina. There is Snack Malak serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the property. The restaurant attached makes special food. Thank you for a perfect 10/10 stay...

The room was equipped with climate control, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. I was pleased to find a tub in my room. - the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. - It was conveniently close to the Medina.
